An Associate of The American Society of Appraisers (ASA), with USPAP certification, Ms. DiCello provides art consultation services, art research, fair market value appraisals and replacement value appraisals. Her expertise includes paintings, prints, drawings, manuscripts, sculpture and antiques.
A certified Art Historian registered with College Art Association (CAA) and Association of Art Historians (AAH), Ms. DiCello regularly collaborates with numerous scholars and private collectors. She is an active member of Artfact.com, artnet.com, Artprice.com and Askart.com, as well as Sotheby's and Christie's auction houses. She also writes for the quarterly magazine Artist Review Today.
Fluent in both modern and old Italian, including several dialects, Ms. DiCello attended The University of Perugia in Perugia, Italy with a concentration in Italian Antiquities. She also received a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and a Master of Arts in Italian Renaissance and Baroque Art from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio.
With two area offices, Ms. DiCello often meets clients at the following Northeast Ohio locations:
- Artist Review Today Art Gallery, 13001 E. 9th Street, in the heart of downtown Cleveland
- The Western Reserve Law Building, 7556 Mentor Ave. in Mentor, Ohio
Ms. DiCello can also provide in-home consultations. She will travel outside of the Cleveland area and throughout the Midwest including Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Michigan and Chicago. Please note that additional travel fees will apply accordingly. The fee for the in-house service is $125 within the Cleveland area. Upon consultation, all aspects of the project and scope of work are discussed and all fees are agreed upon at that time.
