The client shall be solely responsible for maintaining fine art insurance that will cover the artwork during packing, shipping and warehousing.

Art Certification Experts (dba Art Experts) shall not be liable for any defects in packing, shipping or storage of artworks.

Art Certification Experts (dba Art Experts) shall not be held liable for transit delays, damages that occur in the preparation for shipping, packing, nor for artwork that is stolen, damaged, or lost during shipment or preparation for shipment.

It shall be the exclusive responsibility of the client to provide an accurate address for shipping and to pay relevant import fees, taxes, and tariffs.

The client shall be exclusively responsible for re-shipping to the buyer as well as any refunds or compensation for artwork not received or received in damaged condition.
